Middle Brook Gardens is a garden-style apartment community in Cedar Park. Our expansive 25-acre grounds are still home to many small native animals, and our bird feeding areas attract local and migratory songbirds throughout the year. Our landscaping complements an existing brook and pond and incorporates plenty of old native oaks and natural open spaces.

Our five versatile floor plans feature nine-foot or vaulted ceilings and are available in two decorator color schemes. All units come with washers and dryers and other distinctive extras such as double-door refrigerators with automatic ice makers and 850-watt built-in micro- waves, all at no extra cost.
